The sciatic nerve is the longest and the biggest nerve on our whole body, when it gets irritated, it can cause pain that shoots down from the lower back all the way down to the back of the legs. There’s a really easy and effective acupressure point to help relieve the sciatic pain, the point is in between the fourth and the fifth finger, in the joint space.
