In this video Andrew talks about acupressure for sciatic pain and how to quickly address it. If you struggle with sciatic pain, you know how debilitating it can be. The sciatic nerve is the longest and the biggest nerve on our whole body, when it gets irritated, it can cause pain that shoots down from the lower back all the way down to the back of the legs. There’s a really easy and effective acupressure point to help relieve the sciatic pain, the point is in between the fourth and the fifth finger, in the joint space. Palpate and try to find the tender points, once you find it, give it like a good firm press for about 20 to 30 seconds. Give that a try and let us know in the comments if that worked for you!
